Follow up on MYOB Developer Application

Hi,

I am wanting to follow up on a developer account application I submitted approximately eight days ago. The confirmation message indicated that processing may take up to five business days, however I have not yet received an update.

I have also submitted multiple support tickets and attempted to seek assistance via the MYOB Help phone line, but have not received a response through these channels.

We are keen to gain access to the API and would appreciate any update you can provide on the status of our application.

    Hi ChenaeR,

     

    Developer account applications are handled directly by our MYOB Developer team, and we don’t have visibility of their queue or approval process from this support channel. The best way to get an update on the status of your application is to contact them via the MYOB Developer Centre at https://developer.myob.com and submit a request there.

    Hi, we still have not received access.   i received a reply to my ticket 9 days after the application saying that there is a a higher volume of tickets than normal, please allow up to 5 business days for a reply.   but that was on the 06/05 and it is now the 21/05 and have not heard anything.
