I believe you are trying to come in with

/oauth2/v2/authorize

could you please try 

/oauth2/account/authorize

    Thank you so much.  I still have scope errors - but it gets me to the callback.  So i am over the issues.  I know i must have sounded ridiculous - but i went around in circles for a long time.  I can take it from here.  Again THANK YOU for your assistance for kicking me into the right direction.
