Ok for local databases with the Myob Addon Connector running on your pc, you just need some simple M code inside Power Query advanced editor, and use basic authentication with username and password in Power Query.
For online access you can backup the file to desktop open and access the same way.
If you want real time online data you have to follow the MYOB API instructions, by using a program language. Download and save the database you want to a txt file, the. access it through Power Query. I built my own api connector with Excel VBA, so everything is done inside excel. This was very complex, and if I’m eventually going to share it will be through Github. The reason I haven’t yet, is the amount of queries i’ll receive will end up costing me 50 hours week explaining.
For the desktop files i posted the solution a few years ago.
