Connecting Bank Feeds

Hi, I am logging in under the owner > administrator > file roles are all ticked, however when I go to connect the bank feeds it is saying I do not have access. It is only available to business owners and administrators? Please advise how I can connect the feeds. Thanks

  • Hi TanyaBennett,

     

    That message usually pops up when the login you’re using to set up bank feeds isn’t recognised as having the right online role for the business, even if the file roles look fine inside the company file. Only an Online owner or Online administrator can set up bank feeds. Here’s a handy guide that walks through connecting bank feeds.

    Hi, I thought this was resolved, however i need more advice. Please see my attachment. I am not sure what additional access I need to give them. Thanks

    Thanks, a heap for sending the screenshot! It shows all the access for bank feed has been assigned, so you should be right to proceed smoothly from here. If they still hit a snag, a quick sign out/in usually does the trick. If you can’t still access after that, give our live chat team a buzz via our virtual assistant MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount. They can dive deeper into this and help you fix your access.
