Issue with aged payables reports

HI,

We are trying to look at aged payables as of June 30 2024 and it is giving us aged payables as of the current date. Is this normal? Should we be looking at another option? Why have the option to select the date, otherwise?!

    Hi Anna_P,

     

    If the data in your report doesn't change after filtering by dates, it might be best to reach out to support for troubleshooting. You can create a support ticket from the MyAccount window or use live chat through MOCA.
