myob subscriptions

  1. I want to transfer liability for payment for 'no longer client'  files to the client. How do I do that?
  2. There are a number of online files attached to my practice which are either inactive,or for which business the practice no longer acts; How do I remove them from my list?
  3. There are a number of online files attached to my practice for which the practice pays, but which should be paid for by the client. How do I assign the liability for payment?

    You'll need to log a support case via MYOB Practice  to transfer ownership of a file to the client, this will allow the client to pay for the subscription themselves. More information can be found on this page. 

    In order to remove a file showing on your practice list, your user access to the file will need to be removed. We can help you out with this as well, just raise a support case from your MYOB Practice dashboard and we'll be in touch to sort things out.
