There can be multiple factors behind why you might receive the "Whoops, hit a snag" error when setting up super payments, and usually, our support team needs to run a script to fix it. To get this sorted, you can connect with our live chat team or submit a support ticket via myaccount.myob.com.
To start live chat, open the chat bubble on the lower right-hand side of the screen. This will open our virtual assistant MOCA, who will escalate you through to a live chat agent for scenarios it is unable to help with, such as this one.
