Print Receipts 2024

This was a thread 3 years ago and I'm still experiencing this problem mm/dd/yyyy on receipts.  I have checked my computer settings and they are correct.  As Yankee_S noted, this was a known problem then.  Is there a fix I can follow now in December 2024?

    also, regarding the "memo" on the receipt.  Can it be centred vertically as well as the horizontal centre?

      Hi Kedam,

       

      To fix the date format issue on your receipts, you can restore a backup of the file offline and print it from there. I've linked your post to the issue, so it should get the development team's attention. For the alignment format of your receipts, you can edit it by going to Setup > Customise Forms.

        Thanks for your reply Genreve. I will just use the USA date format for now as it is too much trouble to restore offline each time
