Unable to print receipts

Good Afternoon

 

We too are having this problem, seems to have started today, Have tried all the sugestions but unable to find the receipts to print.

 

Looking at all the other posts on this looks like you will have to run a script for this.

    I am sorry to hear it hasn't fully solved it for you. I know in our next update (2021.4) this issue will be resolved. This update will come out very soon. Alternatively, I can apply for you file to be sent in for a repair, this usually takes 3-4 working days.

    Thanks for your post.

     

    If you have tried to untick the Unprinted Receipts Only box in Advanced filters and your receipts are still not appearing the Print Receipts window, I can run a script over your file that could solve your issue.

     

    • What are the LAST FOUR DIGITS of the serial number (Setup>>Company Information)
    • What is the company file ID (Help>>About AccountRight)

    As soon as I have this I will be able to run the script.

      Last 4 didgits are 3039.

      Company file ID is 1

        I ran the script over that file for you. Let me know if you are able to print receipts now.
