Unable to Print Payment Receipts

I am unable to see receipts for payments I have just entered. Never had a problem with this before. Have searched the Forum Help but each solution tells them to private message and they will 'run a script'.

Help!

    We've run the scripts on your file. Please log out, log back in and let us know if the receipts to be printed are now displaying in the window.

    I am having this problem again. MYOB ran a script for me and fixed it but MYOB is only printing some receipts again, not all of them.

     

    Can you please run the script again?

    Serial number ends in 6440 ID # 3

    Hi there,

     

    We are having a similar issue with our receipts however we can see some and not others. Will the script fix this issue?
