removal of unprinted payment receipts

We don't generally payments receipts to our customers, and I would like to remove this long list. Any idea how to remove them and furthermore how to prevent them to automatically accumulate?

    I found another way, slower, maybe, but that works for me. I save them individually as .pdf in a folder which I clean afterwards.

    Hi Rosine, 

     

    To remove the receipts from the print queue, click 'Print' and 'Cancel'. Here's a step-by-step guide for the process. However, please note that there is no option to prevent the receipts from being added to the print queue.
