removing old employee
Im hoping someone can help me...we had a casual employee that was only here for a few months back in 2024, to help out but how do i remove him from the wage schedule completely rather than unticking him each week

Totally get why that's a pain. Having to untick someone every pay run gets old pretty quick. The easiest way to tidy this up is to terminate the employee so they drop off the wage schedule automatically. Here's how to do it:
- Open the employee's card
- Pop in a termination date that's before your current pay run start date
- Hit Save
- Jump back into your current pay run and give it a quick refresh
Once that's done, they shouldn't show up in the wage schedule anymore and no more weekly unticking.
