Reporting / IAS issue
I rang to speak to support and spoke to Kim from New Zealand
I was on the hold for forty minutes before the line dropped
Kim hasnt called me back
I called again and spoke to the Phlillipines
There was no record of my prior phone call
Im still none the wiser two hours later
Can someone in MYOB escalate the issue
