Advanced Demo Q1 upgrade window - 31 January

Hi All,

 

Many Advanced demo sites scheduled in the 2024DEMOQ1 deployment plan failed to upgrade last night - 31 January. 60% of the scheduled sites failed to upgrade due to a platform technical infrastructure issue, many of the site upgrades were terminated and a rollback was initiated. 

 

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this technical failure, we have identified the cause and are currently working through solutions. Once we have validated our solution I'll be in touch to reschedule the demo sites for upgrade.
