Welcome to the Solution Consulting update for February 2023!
Environments
With the Advanced Autumn release coming closer, we’ve started our planning phase, with our Solution Consultants working through Acumatica release notes to get an understanding of what will be required from a demo data, demo script, and Consensus point of view to ensure we’re able to present updated features/functionality. Work will start on this during the EAP which kick off on the 20th of February and our snapshots will be available in April.
Following on from the WFM Reconnect, we’re currently reviewing our Demo Script and Setup Guides. These will be available end Q1.
This one has been a long time coming. We’re currently in UAT for a brand-new Payroll Employee Dashboard to included in our demo snapshots.
As a reminder, we’re also in the process of rebuilding the Construction Snapshot. We’ve finalised the story and workflows and are working on persona details. We’ll provide updates in the coming months ITK.
As promised last month, the eCommerce Demo Script is NOW AVAILABLE via the Partner Self Service Portal!
Consensus
We have changed how our phases will be released going forward, now having a single phase per quarter. The phase 7 videos are well underway. So far this year, we have had over 130 DemoBoards sent via the Partner Channel, with a 42% view rate which equates to over 15 hours of view time! The Partner Consultants matrix has been updated to take into consideration all the certificated completed as at end of last quarter. In conjunction with your CSMs, this will help us to distribute leads and provide MYOB Solution Consultant where requested accordingly.
For any Solution Presentation request, MYOB Solution Consultant will be involved from the Discovery stage, or Solution Consultant request may be rejected.
