Enterprise Industry: Solution Consulting – March 2023 Update

Environments

For the upcoming Autumn Release, our Solution Consultants are working through the release notes and reviewing the new functionality. Updated Demonstration snapshots will be available in April.

Following on from the WFM Reconnect, we have reviewed our Demo Script and Setup Guides. These documents available now:

  • MYOB Enterprise Workforce Management Demo Script 9.3
  • MYOB Workforce Management - Setting up an AU WFM Demo Company
  • MYOB Workforce Management - Setting up a NZ WFM Demo Company

 

For Distribution and Manufacturing, we have started sprints to update the demo environment, demo script and Consensus videos for the new Quality Management System functionality.

For the Construction Snapshot, we are refreshing the current Construction demo database to include up-to-date data. The Team is also busy preparing demo data and documentation for QBCC functionality to be released later.

A reminder that our eCommerce Demo Script is now available via the Partner Self Service Portal!

Consensus

We have listened to the Partners and the Consensus Single videos will be accessible early Q2. So far this year, we have had over 187 DemoBoards sent via the Partner Channel, with a 42% view rate which equates to over 30 hours of view time!

Phase 7 videos are on their way – look out for the Community Forum update in early Q2.

 

Partner Solution Consulting

We are in the process of firming up the agenda for the webinars for Expansion and Migration. A Community Forum post will be posted with meeting invites and details on when these webinars will be held. From an Expansion perspective, these include Field Service Management, Construction & Projects, and the eCommerce connection. The Migration webinar will be covering MYOB EXO to MYOB Advanced migration.

 

We would like to remind you that for any requests for the Solution Consulting team must be emailed to screquests@myob.com. Do not forget to reference the Phoenix Opportunity ID and attach the Qualification documentations. This is a shared email and there is a faster turnaround time.

Solution Consulting requests should allow a two-week lead time. Any requests with a deadline within this lead time may not be met.

 

For any Solution Presentation request, the MYOB Solution Consultant should be involved from the Discovery stage.
