Enterprise Industry: Solution Consulting – May 2023 Updates

Just a minor update from the MYOB Solution Consluting Team this time around as we've already spilt the beans on our Autumn relese colleratal.

Environments

As a reminder we have released our Autumn release snapshots and demo scripts. These are now available via the Partner Self Service Portal. For more details on the snapshots, please see this post.

Consensus

Our Phase 8 Consensus videos are currently in the works, with topics including Construction, Quality Management, Payroll and WFM. We expect these videos be available early Q3.

To help us further enhance the capabilities of Consensus, please email us your stories, feedback, and any inquiries to consensusteam@myob.com.

Partner Solution Consulting

We are currently working on a document outlining how a Solution Consultant will qualify an opportunity based on Discovery and in turn the process that follows.  We’re aiming for this to be published on PRC by the 26th of May. However, we will confirm via a Community post when uploaded.

We would like to remind you for any requests for Solution Consulting team must be emailed to screquests@myob.com . Do not forget to reference the Phoenix Opportunity ID and the Qualification documents. This is a shared email to ensure a faster turnaround time.

Solution Consulting requests should allow a two-week lead time. Any requests with a deadline within this lead time may not be met.

For any Solution Presentation request, the MYOB Solution Consultant should be involved from the Discovery stage.
