Thanks for your question - I realise it's aimed more at other accounting practices, but I thought I'd try to clarify your question for those who might have thought to respond, but needed some more information first.
Is your question aimed at those practices who have moved from Xero or equivalent to MYOB AE for a particular component, or the entire package (a combination of client accounting, tax, Practice Manager, Document Manager, and Corporate Compliance)?
Are you looking to know how many have converted, or of experiences that other users have had?
