    Welcome to MYOB Community Forum and thank you for your post.
     
    To resolve this, in the registry set the Generator Preview Zoom Level to 100.
     
    Please follow the below in regedit. 
     
    HKEY_Current_User\Software\Solution6\Reporter\Settings\GeneratorPreviewZoomLevel
