Additional Filter Reports

Hi,

 

My additional filter reports is not working anymore.  It only gives you option to add 1 filter, where I used to use multiple filters.  (Analyse Inventory Summary).

    Hi Cadicka,

    This does sound unusual. I’ve just tested this on my end and can see that it still allows adding more than one additional filter (see attached image). I’d recommend clearing your AccountRight cache to rule out any local software discrepancies and then trying again.

    If it's remains the same, make sure to reach out to our support team directly. You can reach our Live Chat team via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

    Thank you Earl, after I cleaned my cache it worked again.
