Is this issue affecting multiple PC's, or just one?
This is likely caused by a missing file located on the C:\ of the affected computer/computers.
The file in question is called sol6sr.ini and can be found on working PC's in the C:\Windows folder.
You would need to copy the sol6sr.ini from a working PC to resolve the issue, however we can assist you with this process if you contact support.

It is multiple computers. It is not working on both Lan workstations environment and Terminal Services so not sure this will resolve but I will give it a go and see if I can find a workstation that works tonight, thanks.
