Hi there, unfortunately, you cannot change a Company to a special purpose company through Corporate compliance.
This will have to be performed directly with ASIC as per these instructions:
go to asic.gov.au > on the column to the right the section labeled "use our online services > choose registered agents and this opens the portal login page. This will have to be performed directly with ASIC.
In Corporate compliance, you can go to the "corporations" tab then on the left, there is the "change details" option at the very bottom. We can update to a Trust, Foreign Company or Registered Australian Body so this cannot be achieved in the corporate compliance software. Hope this is of help.
