MYOB does offer extended phone support for our small business product range i.e. AccountRight and MYOB Essentials. This does include weekend support 9am -5pm AEST. Our Practice Solution software, which the Accountants Office suite would be a member of, is available 9am -5:30pm AEST.
With that being said if you do have an enquiry relating to the Accountants Office product range, we do recommend posting it on this Forum - there is a dedicated board for Accountant Office/Accountant Enterprise enquires I've moved your comments to that board for you. Members of the Community and/or our Practice Solutions team would be able to offer assistance with your enquiry.
