Problems saving reports to pdf

I use Accountants Office and before I roll a ledger I save to a pdf a copy of the full transaction detail report.  Since I have undated the software is not saving to the pdf file location but sends the report straight to the printer.  How do I fix this?  On my other machine when I try to do it it says 'printer not activated - error code 41' (even though I am not trying to send to to a printer at all)

    Hi Brian,

     

    After an update it has been found the printer driver version of the MYOB AO PDF Generator changes to version 600. To work correctly it needs to be version 450.

     

    You will need to downlaod and install the 450 version of the PDF Writer.
