As bank files can be edited outside of MYOB, and do not have the option to make them password protected like the backups, we encourage users to store them securely and double-check the data before uploading payments. This is why the default location will always be the same.
If it's easier, you can either choose the folder on your desktop before hitting save, otherwise the location will always default to - C:\Users\user.name\Documents\MYOB\AccountRight\Current - if you wanted to copy that location somewhere so that it is easier to find the folder when you are looking for it to upload.
