Unfortunately the answer will be no for a lot of reasons - having experience in programming (whatever that means....) is not a pre-requisite for MYOB API access as they don't ask you this. However, becoming an MYOB Developer tests the ability of such a person to access the MYOB API using either the supplied MYOB SDK or their own interface...... neither is easy, simple or possible with just 'experience in programming'.
There is no short-cut passage up this ladder but depending on the applicants skill set getting on-board as a developer is dependent on that persons skillset in the end.
Experience in OData2 Web RESTful API access is an absolute minimum pre-requisite if this journey is to be shortened.
