Hi bti,
If you ran into a bit of a snag when importing items into AccountRight and got hit with the dreaded "No location specified. Default location cannot be substituted due to insufficient..." error, you’re not alone.
Turns out you’ll need to make sure a location is specified in your import file for each item line – even if you’re only using one location!

Will give it a shot. Although that was the first thing I tried, ie create the same invoice via the front end,. export it then change the invoice number and import and the import failed again.
