Hi maria01,
To ensure the delivery addresses are captured correctly, please make sure that the shipping details are formatted correctly in the Address 2 field. It should ideally follow the same format as other address fields. Also verify that the invoice template you're using is set up to display the Address 2 information. Sometimes, the template may need adjustments to show all relevant details.

Hi Sai, I have the same problem.
My template is set up to show the ship2/billing address. It all works in account right but now I am being pushed to move over to the online version and it's not carrying over.
I have over 300 properties that I will need to go into and re enter the billing address into the online version. Surely there has to be an easier way.
Please help 🙏

Hi Melblawns25,
Switching from the desktop version of AccountRight to the browser version usually doesn't cause issues with address data, and manual input shouldn't be necessary. If you're experiencing problems, it's best to contact the support team for troubleshooting. You can do this by creating a support ticket from the MyAccount window or live chat through MOCA.
