HI maria01,
From what I understand, you can enter any format for the address in the Address field. Have you tried removing the address from the customer card file and re-entering it in the Address 2 Ship to location? Check out the images below for more details.

Thanks Princess, yeah but the problem is we upload our invoices by batch and removing the address one by one would be time consuming for us. Considering we invoice roughly between 20-50 a day.

Hi Maria01 , have you tried my suggestion, about changing the address field names from Addr2... to Addr1...?

Hi maria01,
Manually removing the address from each invoice can be quite tedious, especially if you're handling a lot of invoices every day. Have you checked the invoice data you're importing? As Mike_James mentioned, the address should be labeled as "Address 1." I also recommend using an import template. You can export the invoices you need, open the file in Excel, and replace the contents with your data before importing it back. For more details, check out this Help article: Importing and Exporting Tips.

Hi Princess,
Thank you for your email.
Yes, we utilize the import system in MYOB as our invoices are huge. Its just only recently that some of the customer mentioned about not having the delivery address on the invoices. Hence I open this discussions as we have incorporate the delivery address on the import template in address 2 but it still doesn't captured.
I will try the information provided by Mike and hopefully it will resolve the issue we have.
Will keep you posted.
Many thanks.
