So ive uploaded my receipts digitally because thats what the apps are supposed to be for. It seems like i dont have any options to download them when i go into each individual expense, is this some sort of error or am i missing something?
If im audited i wont be able to show the receipts to the tax office. The Chat assistant just tells me how to upload expenses
This is quite concerning.
What a terrible way to have set the app up. It was meant to save us effort! I am totally regreting putting trust in the app. It really didnt make life easier than google sheets. Disappointing. Surely functionality to download to computer would be expected.

Thanks for reaching out, totally understand your concern here.
To save a copy of your receipt, just open the expense, select ‘View Receipt’, then click the image to enlarge this. From there, you can take a screenshot or save the image for your records.
If you don’t see this option in your app, let us know and we can take a closer look.
This is a handy way to keep a backup, especially if you ever need to share receipts with your accountant or the tax office.
