Hi All, I have a problem, I bought solo for mum to give it a go, but she has been unwell and her accountant passed away, now I’m trying to complete her 2024-2025 tax, no my issue is how do you run the profit and loss report? My app will only show this financial year and last financial year, seems we can go back to the year before that. I have screenshot my options.
Same transaction displaying multiple times
Has anyone else encountered an issue with transactions displaying multiple times? Let’s say I purchased something on the 13th, it’s displaying as two of the exact same transaction in MYOB. Checked my bank, its only one transaction. Has been happening for a few weeks. Looks like I have submitted it as complete in tasks but now in “money out” it’s showing as money out twice. Bit of an issue as it shows I’m spending more than I actually am. Have logged out completely & signed back in as an attempt to refresh my profile but no success.
I can't match a transaction with its expense
Hi, I have added multiple expenses to my Solo account manually and completed the transaction with my Solo Money Account. I'm being asked to match these transactions to an expense, yet there are no expenses displaying for me to match to. All details match - see screenshots below. How can I fix this?
Tap and go payment taken but invoice says unpaid?
Hi all, I took a card payment using the tap and go feature on the app yesterday. It came up with the tick and everything as usual to say it had gone through and I moved on to my next job not thinking much of it. I have been doing some invoices this morning and have just seen that the invoice said unpaid? Of course I can’t check my income list as for some stupid reason these payments don’t show (hey MYOB can we change this??) and I won’t get the money for about a week as usually it takes a while to come through. I just don’t want to contact my client without checking if anyone on here knows anything about this issue or has experienced it before first. Thanks!Invoice Item Discounts?
Is there any way to add line item discounts without having to manually adjust the price to the discounted price? My business has tiered discounts based on qty of products ordered and it helps to communicate to the customer if the full price/discount is clearly visible on the invoice. If not is it something that is planned for a future update? I know it is something you can do in the MYOB Lite version so was hoping it may be present in this app but finding functionality wise the invoicing is even more striped back than a lot of basic invoice apps. Hoping the improvements keep coming but without this I can’t use the invoicing for my business.
