Hey Jordon_g Just a quick heads-up, when you create an invoice in Solo with an item priced at $0, the system sees that as no payment being needed, so it marks the invoice as paid automatically.
We know this can trip people up (you’re not the only Solmate who’s had this happen while testing things out!). The reason Solo does this is to prevent any weird things happening with your invoices, allowing for a clean audit trail of your invoices, trust us, your accountant will thank you for this!
Our product team are looking into this as we know it can be a frustrating experience. Give us a shout if you have any questions or concerns about this!
I just had the same issue, I wasn't testing, I saved the invoice to create the payment line and it marked it as paid automatically and now a $0 invoice can't be deleted.

Hey smithcdau top tip: you'll need to make sure that the line items you add have a cost associated with them before you hit save on your invoice. Give us a shout if you need a hand with your next invoice!
The bug seems to be if you create an invoice but hit save before adding a line item then the system creates a paid $0 invoice. This is a bug and should be fixed.
