Solo Invoice Numbers

Just wondering if there is a glitch in the Solo system with the auto invoice numbering?

I have to manually enter the invoice number for every invoice I do otherwise every invoice is number 1.

 

New Solo User, Long time MYOB user. Not liking the new MYOB ;-(

  • Hey Rctmtruswell​ we’ve seen a little hiccup pop up when someone changes the invoice number on their very first invoice. Could that be what’s happened on your end? Let us know and we’ll help you get it sorted fast! 💨

    Hi there.

    No. No invoice numbers were changed when I started. I only noticed it when I got to about the fourth invoice I had entered and they were all #1. 

    I went back and changed them all, and it still comes up with #1 now. I’m only up to invoice number 12, but each time I have to go back and check the last number to be able to enter the next number into the new invoice.

  • Hey Rctmtruswell​ quick update for you. We’ve tracked down the bug that was messing with the invoice numbers and our team’s on the tools fixing it now. If all goes well in testing, we’re hoping to have it squashed by tomorrow 🤞
