Deleting an invoice

I need to delete an invoice but it has already been paid - partly by the customer and partly by a prior overpayment. I can reverse the customer payment but how do I get rid of the prior overpayment. This is only a small part of the total

    Deleting a customer overpayment applied to an invoice is similar to deleting an invoice payment. For more details, check out this link. If you run into any issues where the payment can't be deleted directly, you'll need to reach out to our support team. You can do this through live chat via the virtual assistant MOCA or by creating a support ticket via MyAccount.
