Delete a staff member

Hi all. I have added a staff member incorrectly and need to delete her before I complete my first pay run. I tried to delete her as per advice on here but it comes up with the error message .. something went wrong- please contact MYOB support. Hoping someone can help me as I am new to MYOB. Thank you

    Welcome to MYOB, and sorry for the delay in getting back to you. You’ll only be able to delete an employee if they haven’t been included in a pay run. If you’re getting an error while trying to do that, though, it’ll need a closer look from our end.

     

    Have you been able to get help from the team? If not, please let me know, I’d be happy to help. If you can also send through a few more details or a screenshot of the error, I’ll take a look and see what I can do from my end.

    Good morning Princess,

     

    Thank you for getting back to me. It is all sorted now. The employee has now been deleted. I was just being impatient and didn't wait for the system to catch up!!
