Hey there Crowbar922 👋
Fantastic question, and welcome to Solo! We're so glad you're here.
Currently, the Profit and Loss report includes all income and expense categories by default. This is locked in at the design level, so there's no way to filter out specific categories just yet. If you've got the occasional personal expense slipping through, a workaround we can offer is to use the Transaction report feature, export it to Excel, and delete anything you wouldn't want included in the report. 📊
Longer term, it's a good idea to use Solo to reflect the movement of funds to match what's happened in real life. So if money has moved from business to personal, you'd want to record this in Solo as well. That way, your reports line up with how things have actually played out.
We're always continuing to expand and improve on the Solo experience, and that starts with really valuable feedback from customers like you! If you've got any ideas you'd love to see included in Solo in future, you can raise them over on our Ideas board where other Solmates can upvote and share their experiences.

Thanks for replying so quickly. I have been liking trailing myob. Not being able to exclude things like non business related expenses from the profit and loss reports I do for my accountant will make things much more time consuming and laborious for me in creating that type of report.
So if you introduced that filtering feature that usually available it would be fantastic.

Typo.. I meant to say “that’s usually available”
