Hi! Thanks for reaching out.
If your bank requires an authority form to connect your bank feed, you'll need to complete the form provided by Auswide. This is something that's managed by the bank rather than through Solo.
If you're not sure which form you need or where to find it, I'd recommend contacting Auswide directly, they'll be able to provide the correct authority form and guide you through the process.
If you run into any issues after that, just let us know and we'll be happy to help where we can. 😊
We gave done this - Auswide will not accept this filled in forms etc will not accept MYOB will not help I have been working on this every day for a week now. Am so disappointed. Phone calls etc I AM DONE! no joy!
going to cancel SOLO and will not recommend this.

I’m really sorry to hear how frustrating this process has been for you, especially after the time and effort you’ve already spent trying to get everything completed.
Unfortunately, this particular form relates to granting access to your bank account through shared authority, and we are unable to complete or approve this on your behalf. The approval and acceptance of these forms must come directly through your bank, and we don’t have the ability to override their requirements.
I understand this has been a very disappointing experience, and I’m sorry we haven’t been able to provide the outcome you were hoping for.
