Hi just wanted to know how to download
I generated a statement with the dates I wanted and I clicked on download PDF and it don't seem to work can anyone giving me any information to help resolve the problem I am having please thanks

Just my best guess here, but can I check if you're referring to downloading a statement for your Solo Money Account?
The Community Team isn't enabled to help with the business banking side of things, so if that's the case, please report this issue directly to the Solo Money Assistant. To start the chat, fire up your Solo app, go to the Solo Money tab and tap the question mark at the top of the screen. Next, tap the chat bubble at the bottom of the screen and you'll be able to find the support you're after.
If I'm wide of the mark and this has nothing to do with getting your Solo Money statement, please let us know 💜
