how to export recorded expenses and receipt photos saved on solo myob app
Hi, I'm a new Solo user. I've started snapping photos of my receipts into the Solo app, works great! But how do I export and share my photos and records on to excel?

That’s a really handy idea, I can definitely see why that’d be useful come audit time!
Right now, you can:
- Open each expense and download the photo of the receipt directly from there
- Or, if you’re after a full list, head to Reports → Transaction list → Share → File type: Excel to download all your expenses for the year
It doesn’t currently include the receipt images in that export, but your suggestion makes a lot of sense. I’ll share it with our product team as feedback for future updates 💡
