Record income/expense

The reference number for receive money transactions is not incrementing automatically. I have cleared my browser history/ cache, but this has not helped. It has been an issue for at least 2 years. I received a call from MYOB support in August, who suggested I manually enter the next number automatically 5 to 10 times, and the system should recognise the new series. As we are very small it has taken until now to get to 10 times, and the system is still wanting to use the same (old) transaction number for every receipt. Any other ideas?

  • Hi Jeano,

     

    The only workaround was the one you mentioned. I believe it's best to contact support again, as this may need further troubleshooting.
