Wrong Payroll Record Date

Hi there, I have 2 weeks of payroll recorded in the one week. The actual payment dates are correct. The ATO payment dates are correct. It is just the recorded date in MYOB that is incorrect. This means that both weeks are on my reconciliation report but not on my bank statement. How do I fix this?

  Thanks for your reply. Can I reverse the payroll transaction and reprocess it without sending to the bank or the ato? Sorry I don't process the pays.

Hi Icecream,

If the payment has been made already, you have to reverse it with the correct dates. Reverse and reprocess payroll transactions will be reported to ATO. See this link for more info.
