I cannot recoverr any saved reciepts

All my saved paid reciepts are no longer there when I bring up an expense and click view reciept all that comes up is 0.00% and when I try to save new reciepts the same is true even though the app tells me the expense has been saved. I have lost many reciepts adding up to thousands of dollars.

  • Thanks for posting this gyptechplaster​ - we have some good news on this issue.

    The bug we found here has to do with the preview (how your attachments aren't loading in that view in your screenshot) and not that your attachments have been deleted.

    The team have already submitted a fix to the Google Play Store and we expect it to be available later today.

    I'll share an update here once you can update to version 8.0.1 and you'll be back in action before long 🙌

  • This has happened to me also. I am able to access many of my receipts.

    Hi Jarred I have tried to update to the latest version which still seems to be 8.0.0 updated on 18th June. Still not having any luck saving or retrieving reciepts. Now that its tax time I need them.

    Thanks for checking that for me.

    Version 8.0.0 is the main release, we pushed a small hotfix to the app stores yesterday. It's possible it wasn't available when you last checked for updates.

    Would you mind checking if there's another update waiting for you? If there is, please install it and let me know if you're still having trouble saving or retrieving receipts. Hopefully, this resolves the issue, especially with tax time here.
