Multiple devices

I have been using the app on my phone and it's good.

I was just given an IPAD, installed the app but can't get in.

I get the following message,

"If you've just created an account, we need a little more time to set it up. Try signing in again in a few minutes"

    We'd love to get you back up and running in no time! Reach out to us via MoreDigital assistant and we'll take a deeper look, you'll also have an option to get help from the sign in screen if you're having trouble logging in on the iPad. πŸ™Œ

    I tried the digital assistant and it was useless 

  • Ah, sorry to hear that! Try entering "Talk to a human" and you'll get referred directly to our team. ☺️ 

     

    If that doesn't work, try these steps: 

    1. Click this link: https://www.myob.com/au/support/solo/sign-in-to-solo
    2. Click the purple speech bubble in the bottom-left corner.
    3. Choose "Solo by MYOB". Share your name and email (please double check it's spelled correctly)
    4. For Client ID and Business Name, just pop 'N/A' in those fields – we'll worry about those later
