Solo money can’t access my money

I have been locked out of my solo money account I don’t know who to contact there are no phone numbers no one replies to my emails I have money in the account and there is nothing I can do to access it not happy at all

  • Hey Steven149031​ we're so glad you reached out for help getting back into your Solo Money account. If you can login into Solo, all you need to do is go to the Solo Money tab and tap the question mark on the top of the screen. Tap on the chat bubble on the bottom of the screen and ask your Solo Money assistant for help! Our Solo Money team are standing by to help!

    If you're not able to login to Solo or the above doesn't work, give us a shout! We have other ways to help get you back up and running.

    Hey Belindasocial​ if you're able to login to Solo, all you need to do is go to the Solo Money tab and tap the question mark on the top of the screen. Tap on the chat bubble on the bottom of the screen and ask your Solo Money assistant for help! Our Solo Money team are standing by to help!

    Alternatively you can tap on Help signing in from the login page on Solo. We're standing by to get you back up and running!
