We’ve taken a look at your Solo account, and it looks like the notification you received relates to another bank account connected via Connected Accounts, not your Solo Money account.
Connected Accounts uses a secure technology called Open Banking and data sharing. As part of this, banks require you to reconfirm your consent every 12 months to keep transaction data flowing.
Because Solo is turning one this month, many of our early Solmates are also reaching the 12-month mark for their data-sharing authorisations. That’s why we’ve been getting in touch — to give you a heads-up and guide you through reauthorising your connection so everything keeps running smoothly.
