Solo questions re upgrading and PC access

Hello, I’m thinking of switching to MYOB solo, however I just wanted to ask a few questions first. 

  1. If my business grows, how easy is it to upgrade to the next level of MYOB plan and will the Solo banking account come with me. 

  2. When is it planned to implement a webased / browser access? I want to transfer everything from my other accounting software, but will find it really difficult doing this just on my phone. 

  3. Does Solo support recurring invoices and automatic billing? I have customers that I charge the same amount every single month. Sending them an invoice and expecting them to pay a bill manually every month is a big ask.

    Great questions — let's rip through them! 👊

    1. Data migration — Solo doesn't support migrating data to other MYOB products right now, so moving up to a bigger MYOB product down the track would be a manual process. Not ideal, we know! Chuck it on the ideas board and let the Product Team know you want this.
    2. Desktop version — No date on the roadmap just yet, but your vote counts — so go make some noise! 📣
    3. Recurring invoices — Auto-recurring isn't a thing yet, but our copy invoice feature might just scratch that itch in the meantime.
