RDO Accrual Question

When I print out the Entitlement Balance (Detail) report for RDO's, the hours accrued do not appear on the week I pay out on an RDO i.e. the accrual column is blank against that pay week, even though the accrual appears on the employee's pay slip.

Anyone have any help for me with this one.

    Are the total hours showing correctly on the Entitlement Balance Summary report? Also, is this happening for all the employees and only for the RDO category? If you could attach both the summary and detail reports here, we'll be able to investigate further.
