Delay 01/04 - ANZ (New Zealand)

Hi all, 

Data for ANZ has not yet been received which is causing a delay for sending feeds through to our customers.
This is being investigated with ANZ and we will aim to update here once this has been resolved. Thanks!

  • Hi guys, We've received the ANZ bank feeds, but its now not registering transfers between our accounts, will this be resolved also?

    Hi again LisaDrains ,
    There haven't been any other reports of this happening for customers. We will need to have the support team take a look for you.
    Can you please create a case by logging in to myaccount.myob.com and clicking 'contact support'.

  • Thanks Mike I will do that. Also having issues with our banking hub connections, its saying update bank account details to continue using this bank account, but unsure which date or total I am supposed to update it for
