Delay 01/04 - Kiwibank

Hi all, 

Data for Kiwibank has not yet been received which is causing a delay for sending feeds through to our customers.
This is being investigated with Kiwibank and we will aim to update here once this has been resolved. Thanks!

  • Can you confirm that ANZ bank feeds are affected as well? They don't load for our client this morning and Kelvin at Exo support told me that both Kiwibank and ANZ are affected.

    Hi DmitryDevineCo , so far only Kiwibank and ANZ Australia have been resolved. 
    We still have an outstanding delay today for ANZ New Zealand (and an extended previous delay for Amex AU)

    Is there an issue with Bendigo Bank Feeds we have a client with an error on import since yesterday afternoon (02/04/2025)

    Hi vanessa , I checked in with the team, we arent aware of any delay for Bendigo currently
    Can you please contact support by logging in to myaccount.myob.com and they can look into it further for you
