Hi Danielle, I have created a specific location for updates about Bank feeds, it is added to the navigation menu as well (pictured below)
If you tick the notification bell on the board, you will be set for notifications any time an update is posted
Delays to bankfeeds are not considered incidents which is why they are being treated separately
